This 1981 Defever 49’ raised pilothouse trawler has hard chines for excellent stability. She is powered with twin 120 HP naturally aspirated Ford Lehman engines for economical running; uses 4.0 GPH at 1800 RPM cruising speed. Engines are regularly and professionally maintained. Has ESI Fuel Polishing System, Oil Exchange oil changing system on both engines and the Westerbeke 10 KW generator has only 700 hours. There are many new liveaboard-friendly items like new AC/heat; new refrigerator with freezer and icemaker. Also, she has been upgraded to include TrackitTV with directv service. She has a Twin Vee dinghy with 20 HP Evinrude engine mounted on boat deck, plus an almost new washer/dryer. Upgraded instruments include Garmin 3205 GPS and Benmar GPS guidable autopilot.
