A 2007 AIRCat of unique design, this cat is a planing catamaran with integral watertight cavities in the hull bottoms that are kept filled with pressurized air by fans. Frictional resistance under the air cushions is substantially less than for traditional hull materials, and wetted side hull surface is reduced by the lifting effect of the cushions. These effects combine to initiate planning at lower speed and power. Reduced hull resistance and superior planning deliver enhanced fuel economy, range and speed. Craft has been operated for only 30 hours on trials.

Design, including testing of representative hull panels, approved by U.S. Coast Guard Marine Safety Center, Washington, DC, for operation at 15 to 50 kts in sea states up to 25 ft waves.

Accommodations
Very spacious interior accommodates six owners and guests in three staterooms plus four more with the convertable dinettre in the lower area and a sleeper sofa in the main saloon. Aft of the lower saloon are the master's quarters which include the master's stateroom, an office with two bunks, two aft heads with tub/shower between. The master stateroom has a centerline queen berth, two hanging lockers and numerous storage drawers, all cedar lined and TV. The forward stateroom has oversized upper and lower bunks, hanging locker and ensuite head and shower.
Galley
The GALLEY is very well equipped and updated with a Maytag frig/freezer, four burner smooth top Hotpoint stove, oven and and built inspacemaker microwave. There is ample counter and storage as well as space below the teak & holly sole. There is a dinette to starboard that comfortably seats four.
