This self-elevating Jack-Up Drilling Unit is built by reputable U.S.A. Shipyard in 1982. The rig has a light displacement of 10,625 M.T. (10,457.67 L.T.) and measures 71 m in LOA with a breadth of 65 m. It is capable of drilling to a maximum depth of 25,000 ft in water depths up to 300 ft. The rig has a GRT of 6,218 T and is supported by three legs, each measuring 433 ft in length, fitted with a BMC rack and pinion jacking system with 15 pinions per leg. The cantilever extends 10 ft either side of the centerline, and each spud tank measures 68 ft in diameter.
